Need help?
Each piece we create is made with care and intention, which means production times may vary. Below is an FAQ guide for our key products.
How long will I wait for my order?
Our wall art panels are crafted on a make-to-order basis. The printed fabric is kept unfinished until your order is placed.
You can choose between:
- A looped finish — stitched to hang beautifully on a rod
- A frame-ready option — available on request
If your selected panel is in stock, please allow 2–3 weeks for finishing. If it’s out of stock, production may take 6–8 weeks.
Each cushion cover is hand-dyed to order, beginning in its natural, undyed state until you select your colour.
Our dye house operates twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays), and cushions are dyed in small, intentional batches to ensure perfect colour consistency.
Please allow:
- Up to 2 weeks if your chosen colour is in stock
- 6–10 weeks if it’s out of stock
Every cushion cover is made with care - and we promise, it’s worth the wait.
Our throws are also dyed and finished to order. As with our cushions, colours are created in small dye batches to maintain accuracy and integrity. If your chosen throw is in stock, please allow 2–3 weeks for dispatch; if it’s out of stock, production may take 6–8 weeks.
Custom developments, such as lodge or hotel projects, unique colourways, or special product formats, may require 8–12 weeks, depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
We’ll always keep you updated throughout the process and confirm timelines when your order is placed.

Cushion Covers
All cushion covers on our website are sold WITHOUT inners.
We recommend using feather and down inners, or inners made from natural fibres. Synthetic inners create static and may reduce the lifespan of your cushion cover.
Always order an inner that is 5 cm larger than your cushion cover for the perfect fill.
We recommend sourcing from Heavenly Feather or contacting us for further suggestions.
Product & Material FAQs
Please refer to the Care Guide for detailed wash and care instructions.
Every Evolution cushion, throw and wall panel is handcrafted, using natural materials. Because of this, small variations in weight, texture, and colour may occur - these are part of what makes each item unique.
Our cushion covers are made from 100% natural linen, and each batch of linen can vary slightly in colour or texture depending on environmental factors such as rainfall and crop conditions. These natural variations are part of linen’s beauty and reflect its organic origin.
Linen is woven from long, natural flax fibres that can vary in length and thickness. This creates the small natural “slubs” (or irregular threads) you may notice in the fabric — they’re not flaws, but rather a mark of genuine linen craftsmanship.
Yes. Because linen is a natural fibre, 1%–6% shrinkage may occur after washing. Always follow the wash care instructions provided to ensure the best longevity and fit.
Yes. All our linen fabrics, components, zips, and printing processes adhere to international OEKO-TEX® standards, meaning they are free from harmful substances and safe for you and the environment.
All dyed products are hand-dyed using environmentally friendly pigments.
Because each piece is made by hand rather than mass-produced, we recommend avoiding contact with fluids, as this may cause watermarks or colour transfer.
Printed & Dyed Product FAQs
Our printed designs are created using non-toxic pigment dyes supplied by DuPont International, which also meet OEKO-TEX® safety requirements. Pigment printing allows us to capture intricate details and soft textures while maintaining an environmentally conscious process.
Because linen is a natural material with unique surface textures, each print will have slight variations. Small irregularities or slubs in the fabric can create subtle differences in how the print appears — a sign of its natural origin, not a defect.
Pigment prints have a natural lifespan and may soften or fade over time, especially with exposure to direct sunlight. To maintain colour vibrancy, avoid placing printed items in direct light and always follow the care guide.
Yes, a small degree of shrinkage (1%–6%) is normal due to the natural fibres used in our fabrics. This is part of working with authentic, non-synthetic materials.
Each dye batch is mixed by hand, and different batches of linen can absorb colour differently. These variations make each product truly one-of-a-kind — no two are ever exactly the same.

Each piece is hand-dyed individually, using environmentally friendly pigments. Because of this, colour residue may transfer if the fabric comes into contact with water or other liquids. Avoid exposure to moisture, and follow care instructions carefully to preserve the colour.
