Inspiration: Inspired by the Blue Planet effect and the powerful impact of ocean pollution, this range honours sea algae — vital species that generate nearly 70% of our planet’s oxygen. Rooted in botanical history, we pay tribute to pioneers and ocean advocates such as David Attenborough and South Africa’s Dr Kerry Sink, whose work brings awareness to the fragility of our oceans. With the support of SANBI, we discovered a rare 1908 collection of pressed sea algae by William Tyson. The beauty of these ocean guardians inspired our Protectors of Our Planet range.

How are the panels made?
Each panel is crafted on a make-to-order basis. The fabric is kept printed but unfinished until your order is placed, allowing us to complete the final detailing with care. Panels are pigment printed on 100% linen.
Finishing options
Looped finish, ready to hang.
Framed options (10mm profile) available in:
- Natural pine wood
- Teak-stained pine wood
- Black aluminium
Lead times
If your panel is in stock, please allow 2–3 weeks for finishing. If it is out of stock, lead times are approximately 6–8 weeks.
