Each cushion is hand-dyed just for you. We keep them in their natural, undyed state until you choose your colour, after which they head to our dye house (open Tuesdays and Fridays) to be transformed.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your chosen shade to be ready. If the cushion is out of stock, kindly allow a 6–10 week lead time.

This Semionotus fossil was discovered by the Kitching brothers in 1946. Although this specimen was discovered in the sandstone of the Clarens formation and dates back 190 million years, this group formed part of the Semionotiformes and has a close living relative in the Gars. 

We discovered that fossils did not wait to be fossilized J and found this specimen the most user-friendly for the above embroidery design.
